When we were designing this site we wanted to create something a little different, not the same old, same old type of advertisement. Hopefully we have accomplished that.
The site is broken down into sections, which is accessed using the tabs, describing different reasons and needs of appraisals for lending purposes, legal needs and private needs. We have also added tabs for some of the areas that we specialize in, allowing you to see why care should be taken in deciding on who you choose to perform your appraisal needs.

Tony’s Appraisal Services is a Full Service Appraisal Firm, which is Owner Operated, covering Nassau and Suffolk Counties featuring extensive experience on the North and South Forks on Eastern Suffolk County and on Fire Island. Along with our expertise on Eastern Long Island and Fire Island. we have performed many appraisals along the northern shore of both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Many of these appraisals have been within the famed "Gold Coast" areas. From the Nassau-Queens border line to Montauk Point, you can rest assured that your experience with us will be a smooth one.
For areas outside of our coverage area we have a network of Highly Ethical appraisers whom specialize in other areas of New York. This coverage includes not just New York City, but the entire State of New York. In order to give you the best possible service, we can put you in contact with these appraisers.
Anthony Vosilla has been engaged in the appraisal of single-family dwellings, small residential income properties, Co-operative units and condominium units in Suffolk and Nassau Counties of New York since 2001. He has also reported USPAP compliant real property appraisals in different forms and formats for various intended users and uses including major lenders, federally insured financial institutions and non-mortgage related uses such as estate management, bankruptcy proceedings, marital asset dissolution and tax certiorari.
Mr. Vosilla has developed extensive experience with complex assignments such as high value and waterfront Long Island residential properties and is expertly qualified in field review, desk review and review of appraisals under fraud investigation. He has also completed over 80 appraisals on Fire Island.
He is also FHA approved for lender selection.
