Vosilla has been actively appraising real estate throughout the Long Island Region since 2001.  Throughout this time, Mr. Vosilla’s focus has encompassed the Appraisal of residential properties, including one to four family homes, cooperatives, condominiums, proposed construction of homes, vacant land appraisals and appraisals along environmentally effected land including wetlands and pine barrens.    As the sole proprietor of TONY’S APPRAISAL SERVICES, he has performed appraisals for law firms as well as individuals for matters regarding matrimonial disputes, estate planning, and partial interests in real estate along with private individuals for use in tax grievance cases. As a FEE SPLIT APPRAISER for several major appraisal firms on Long Island, New York City and Upstate New York.  The main focus of these appraisals cover Eastern Nassau County, Suffolk County and Fire Island areas of Long Island.  Within this work experience, Mr. Vosilla has appraised many waterfront properties as well as many estate type properties in the exclusive areas of eastern Long Island.  Included within the work experince, he has reviewed appraisals for both current use and for retroactive (forensic) usage.
